Kevan contributes a broad range of senior management skills and experiences to the DFX FIX team. He enjoys coaching and mentoring. A dedicated family man and happily married, a respected community leader and an active advocate for disadvantaged people, Kevan has a fulfilling and satisfying life beyond work. Kevan enjoys reading history, geopolitics, biographies, management books and an occasional fiction novel.

David Mulholland, a Consulting Environmental and Civil Engineer has over 42 years’ experience in environmental, waste management and municipal engineering. Since 2008 David has been a Director of a successful and expanding Owners Corporation management company. David has extensive experience in how Owners Corporations operate and the significant number of defects that exist in many buildings. David is an APSM (Associate Professional Strata Manager) and a member of Strata Community Association (Victoria).

Tim is a qualified Industrial Designer and Lighting Engineer. He has over 26 years’ experience in technical sales, business development management and sales leadership roles working in the construction industry. Tim is an industry expert in external cladding. He also has significant technical and commercial experiences gained from working in the HVAC and commercial/industrial lighting industries. At heart Tim is passionate about the natural environment spending much of his spare time pursuing a wide range of outdoor interest. By combining scout leadership, he shares this passion with our youth, helping them learn the importance of protecting our planet. With his practical approach to problem solving, broad skill set, active listening and creative thinking no challenge is too big for Tim.

Nola has worked in corporate, government and small business in numerous roles including external sales, purchasing, administration, office management, HR, executive assistant, accounting, finance & treasury and more recently as a mind-set coach and trainer. She brings high energy and extensive skills and experience to her role at DFX FIX. An excellent communicator and team builder, Nola is an enthusiastic contributor to the growth of DFX FIX. She enjoys fitness, skiing, horse riding, ballroom dancing and reading. An active member of Toastmasters International, Nola is an accomplished public speaker and presenter.

With a business degree in Human Resources and an expansive professional career, Samm is a commercial HR business partner with experiences across corporate, small business, and consulting. Samm’s authentic approach as a trusted professional and her wealth of knowledge ensures she provides advisory guidance to the DFX FIX team with experiences gained in executive search, recruitment and HR management in various industries including sales and marketing, banking and finance, construction as well as not-for-profit organisations. An avid traveller, Samm also loves the outdoors with a particular love for the Bayside beaches. She is also a keen skier, basketballer and, on her weekends off, a cattle farmer!
